Working towards a solution to the problem together
The coaching sessions are offered in two variants:
- As a team (number of people depends on the size of the team).
Contrary to the process and development orientated supervision meetings, Şeydâ’s coaching sessions are aimed at finding solutions. Solving a work-related issue is the main focus. These can be practical issues such as having trouble talking in front of groups of people or insecurity in negotiations. Coaching is ideally suited for managers, business executives or those employed by healthcare institutions.
- Variable: Between 1 and 5 one-hour sessions.
