Şeydâ’s diversity training courses support you to develop, recognise and use your intercultural competences. Depending on your experience and needs you can choose to participate in an inspiration session, a masterclass, a training course fitted to your needs or a teachers’ training.

Inspiration session

Objective

The inspiration session is a general formative, first encounter with the theme of diversity. After a theoretical exploration, participants will get to work on exercises and assignments surrounding this theme. The cases used are suited towards practical issues and are monitored in a process-focused manner.

Masterclass

Objective

Participants of the masterclass already have some knowledge of and experience with the theme of diversity. They will be handed a specific, theoretical framework with interactive in-depth exercises and assignments. Specific starting points lead to a better understanding and a more effective performance.
A masterclass focusses on:

• Deepening of knowledge on diversity and inclusion.
• Strengthening intercultural competences.
• Performing capabilities as a culture coach.
• Recognizing signs of extremism.

Tailor made programs

Objective

Şeydâ offers tailor made programs to professionals in government, healthcare, education and business. Working together with in-house HR managers and/or coaches, the programs are built to fit the specific issues and needs of the organisation. Especially those who work in the field of healthcare, government and education will have to deal with diversity in their day-to-day work. Diversity in a professional business environment is often more internationally orientated. The goal is to find a broader balance with people who, in any way possible, have different backgrounds.
