Şeydâ uses her experience and expertise in the field of diversity issues for a broad program of workshops, training courses, coaching and supervision meetings. There is always an intake interview beforehand to carefully match supply and demand. In consultation, you determine exactly what you need as an individual participant, team or company. Based on such an exploratory interview, a proposal will be made to join the existing programme. But a tailor-made route is of course also possible.
