Thinking along, guiding and presenting diversity issues.
Objective
Şeydâ acts as chairman of conferences, symposia or training days. Based on her experience and expertise on diversity issues, she thinks along regarding content, design and possible speakers for such a day. She challenges participants, stimulates and connects them. Şeydâ acted as day chair for, among other things, the Agora Network (of successful immigrants) and the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights.
