Would you like to experience for yourself how mechanisms of exclusion work? Are you impressed by The Great Racism Experiment and curious to see how you personally react to discrimination and racism? During this potentially confronting workshop, the question “What would I do?” will not go unanswered.

Diversity: We all deal with it daily — in every business, at every level, and in various forms. Using the proven Brown Eyes Blue Eyes approach, Şeydâ helps to identify differences and turn them into valuable tools during the training.

Participants will receive a certificate of participation upon completion. This is also the first requirement for the follow-up program: training to become a Brown Eyes Blue Eyes assistant or trainer.
