Together with others and under Şeydâ’s guidance, you can reflect on your actions and discuss the challenges you face in your DE&I work at regular intervals throughout the year.

Reflection on the cases presented initiates a learning process that results in a new approach that is successful. The supervision meetings are primarily process-oriented, seeking ways to handle problems and ethical issues differently.
