This course will be a hands on experience based train the trainer certification.The Systemic Diversity Cards Method helps people understand the underlying mechanisms of intersectionality (the interplay of different aspects of diversity). It enables individuals and organizations across sectors to exchange and meet without boarders.

With these cards we create actionable options to thrive together. Putting words to intangible phenomena allows us to play to the strength of diversity. We are called more than ever to successfully navigate various aspects of diversity as we meet in our work and life.

Aspects of identities, such as experience, age, race etc. impact every interpersonal relationship and have significant effect in every system (work, government institutions, etc).
